question two: no, when there is actually too many things to be done, it might not always be possible. therefor I believe that we should use these limited time to do that of the greatest importance and urgency. there are many frustrating times which one cannot do everything as planned and I believe that it  is important to know that you have done the most important things already. This is when good time managment skills and efficency comes in. if there is no time managment and efficency, there is no way which anything can be done.

so in cnclusion, the two key skills to doing everything succesfully is time management skills and efficency. Though it might not always be succesful and be able to do everything in time, but it is always good to try your best.

It's because if I do so, I can still make sure I finish the most important things without enough time to do anything else. Apart from that, I should also start saying "no" to things that are not as important and not get distracted by them. Focusing on the main things and not getting distracted helps a lot with your speed and quality -- sometimes you might even finish it early! If you do, then you will have free-time, and hence you can do the things you would like to do but aren't as inessential. It is not always possible to finish it all without enough time though, but putting first things first still allows you to accomplish as much as you can. If you really don't have enough time, you can still explain to the teacher, right? I'm sure the teachers DSI are quite empathetic. SO PUT FIRST THINGS FIRST!!

Conclusion:
I will need to practice my time-management skills and not getting distracted. I need to know how to decide if things are essential or not by seeing if that's urgent and important. add oil;D
