Add a lot more content on ESL and ELL who might be assigned to us. What to look out for with certain language groups. And how that might manifest and which protocols you might use. Also, I would consider getting your entire curriculum translated into Spanish and the first five world languages. English you already have, Spanish of course, Mandarin Chinese, Arabic and French. If you cover the top five world languages you cover a lot of students.

Remove junk food examples and sterotypes of hamburgers, hot dogs, and typical American classic not good-for-you foods. Introduce some interesting nutrition oriented examples. Just a suggestion. I noticed a lot of references to hamburgers, hot dogs and so on. A lot of children are eating hummus, tacos, mofongo, enjira bread, and many other ethnic cuisines. It would not hurt to include them in examples.

A general consensus I observed in the feedback survey from tutors was that they would like us to either trim the content in the asynchronous courses OR provide more time for these courses. (Ex: Shorter, more to the point videos, more bullet points highlighting the main points of each module) Trim anything excessive and keep it simple to help tutors absorb the information.

Split the MSD IgniteU course between two trainings. Tutors expressed that they would have liked more time to absorb this content. For example: Maybe adding information on later sections of MSD (MSD 15-18 both regular and placement content) to the live training for Dress Rehearsal Week or Data-driven Instruction, and just devoting the initial MSD training to earlier stages of MSD up to MSD 13-14.

Keep the async student support self-evaluation/ watching the recording- love the additional self-reflection component, and this was also helpful because tutors already knew how to access their recordings in GSB from the async ahead of the self-evaluation in the final live training, so it made going into the live activity quicker and easier than last year

Add more designated question and answer time during the live sessions. Maybe have the tutors submit questions in chat (like we do during veteran tutor panel) and the LDC can prioritize the questions and answer them each live session. This will cut down on the long drawn out questions that sometimes take awhile and yet tutors can get their questions answered each live session. If we run out of time, the LDC can send an email with questions/answers that didn't get answered.

There is a section in Deep Dive: Student Support that talks about playing Tic-Tac-Toe with HFWs. That needs to be removed.
