I strongly believe that sleep is a main component in the life of people, especially teenagers. This can be seen by peoples effort, in things like school and work. While sleeping <8 hours a night, i would have not so high marks, and wouldn't even be really learning, until i started sleeping more and i'd have really good marks effortlessly. I really noticed it, and i think a lot of others will agree that it is a huge part of success as a teenager.
