         <description><![CDATA[<p>Fairness is important because when things aren't fair, students will feel discouraged or that they're being set up to fail.</p><p>I will make sure that assessments connect to what students have been taught.</p><p>I thinks students perceive fairness as everyone having the same opportunity to do well.</p>]]></description>
