I have competed olympic distance 4 time

Badminton is a sport that meets the requirements for me because it can play with a minimum of only two players.
And i can play until late at night

This sport you can play for fun by not collecting points Or play collects points to increase the fun of exercising.

Hari Raya is the Muslim culture in this day we are celebrating around the world together in 10th month after a fasting one month

During Hari Raya Muslims are going to the Mosque and Praying and listen to Dhamma lecture then we go home and eat together with the family maybe we are visiting the elderly.

Doi Luang Chiang Dao itself isn’t a single mountain, but it consists of many other mountains too, for examples, Doi Pyramid, Doi Sam Phee Nong, Doi Nok, all of which are higher than 2,000 metres.

I would like to present about the culture and traditions in the Police cadet school where I graduated from. There are so many unique cultures in the school which are extremely different from other civilian colleges.
I will give an example of a Newcadet (1st-year cadet) living culture. For the first three months, they will be on a new cadet program which will be many tasks from Commander to test new cadets both mentally and physically. For example, The new cadet doesn't have a right to walk from one place to another, they can only run. They have to do a lot of PT(exercise) throughout the day from waking time (5.15 in the morning) to bedtime. They have to be trained even at the weekends. These are only a few examples of new cadets' training cultures that they all have to experience. 

 Trang Province has many famous good things.  But the most famous, outstanding and unique must be given to "roasted pork" which has been great for a long time.  Because it's deliciously grilled, meticulous, has a sweet flavor and soft, crispy skin.

 The highlight of “Roasted Pork” is that it does not have a dipping sauce and is served with tea, coffee and various desserts.

 Trang people have a trick that if they eat "roasted pork" that day, they'll all be pork, it's all easy, or they're all lucky. "Roasted pork" is therefore a dish that has become a local product of Trang that is famous far and wide everywhere.
