Already lack of staff and no one working night shift, staff’s mental wellness have become priority. The roster maker is having problem getting ppl to work.

Policy makers need to understand that 6 days CCL is not enough. Understand that employees with young kids need more flexi work hours

Allow anonymity when asking for feedback or suggestions so staff are more keen to voice out concerns, as they may fear the consequences of bringing issues up.

Pls allow more flexible option for more AL. Some times we need more leave from work for some personal matters or family needs. Now applying NPL needs justification based on manager’s decision. Some times it may not be important issue for others but very important for the staff requesting it.

Add more leaves to promote work-family balance. We are all happier to work when we have quality and enough time for family

Allow staff to take turns to be involved in nurses day planning, events planning, ward party etc. (instead of having the same people to do it all the time).

Staff should be allowed to bid for the courses they are interested in (like in university, each of us are given points to bid for the elective we are interested in)

incentive (allowance) to encourage nurses to take on innovative project, create a platform such as a club, pr telegram group/ forum to encourage like-minded nurses to come together to brainstorm ideas, throw out solutions.
