"The Chaser"
When a young man named Alan meets with a mysterious man to acquire a poison, he learns much more than he intended. He is chasing love from a particular woman he feels he needs to drug for her to fall for him. However, some of the poems we have read this year have been fun and easy to understand. I find that when a student is engaged in a poem, they act as treasure maps where students must search avidly for the information to link together.
