         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe that I fall between the <strong>moderate and high level</strong>. This is because I'm vegetarian which motivates me to eat healthier, however I do believe I could construct better sleeping habits.<br>If I could identify myself, it would be as goal-oriented, sarcastic, and a music enthusiast. I also enjoy being active, like exercising or playing volleyball. I would also like to go into the medical field and become a  neurosurgeon. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The benefits of eating fruits and vegetables is that they are a more nutritious alternative to sweet indulges. Fruits contain natural sugars which supplement the need for artificial ones, and they also contain fiber that will keep you fuller longer. Vegetables also have fiber and great benefits for energy and contents of healthy fatty acids. By not getting enough of fruits and vegetables, you could suffer from fatigue and overeating. Our recommended daily intakes vary, but we are advised to <strong>make half of your plate vegetables and fruits, make at least half of your grain servings whole grains, and drink fat-free or low-fat (1%) milk and water instead of soda, sports drinks, and other sugary drinks. </strong>To fill this criteria, my meal of choice would be sweet potato, mac and cheese, berries, and vegan chicken nuggets.</div>]]></description>
