In this area, the children can draw an illustration and recreate their own version of The Three Little Pigs and attempt to write their vocabulary words in their story with the help of the teacher transcribing what the child narrates to them about their drawing to go along with their story. The children independently working through this lesson will gain confidence in their ability to use their imagination, retell a story, and strength vocabulary and fine motor skills.
