I can show C.U.P not only with my siblings but with my friends and loved ones. I should be a person who listens and respects one's saying and behavior. I should have the patience and understanding because we never know what others are feeling. We should also be open to communicating with others and also listen to them. It should not just be a one way communication but it should be a two way.

I believe that we can all show C.U.P. to everyone and not just our siblings. With C.U.P., I can strengthen my bonds with others, by doing my best to be nice and compassionate towards everyone. C for communication, I must always try to listen to them. Next for U, I must do my best to understand them. Next, for P, patience, I must remember that everyone does not have the same reactions or things going on with their life. I must do my best to keep a cool head and be compassionate.

I can showcase C.U.P. not ony to my siblings but to others as well by hearing them out in every way possible. Through communication, I am able to express my insights and at the same time, hear their insights as well. Along with that, I believe that in the process of communicating comes with understanding. I think everyone should realize that we all deserve chances to be listened to. Lastly, extending one's patience is something I can show my loved ones because I believe that it can strengthen relationships and can be a good practice in other situations as well.

C.U.P. can be showcased for all relationships, not only for siblings. Communicating helps us to see each other’s point of view and can also make or break relationships. And so, being open minded and patient with the people around us can help deepen our relationships. As well as actively doing the C.U.P. can let the person be seen and heard by letting them know that I’m here for them. Not to mention, that C.U.P. can assist in solving a problem together.

I can show this to my parents/guardians for when their temper holds short, and when they are working hard to care for me. In times where their patience is tested, it becomes natural for me to want to match their level of negativity. With this, practicing C.U.P. and being able to evaluate their situation, bow out, and be the bigger person may seem more taxing, but would be the more considerate and selfless thing to do.

I also hope to show C.U.P. to my friends. For in times where they may fall short or test my patience, I can do my best to dedicate more time to help them out (whether with studies or personal things), and more sincerity as well.

Basically, I hope to practice C.U.P. with the rest of my loved ones by doing my best to always be the bigger person and give more of myself, no matter the personal differences I hold with my loved ones.

As an only child, I can showcase C.U.P. to my loved ones by practicing its 3 values; communication, understanding, and patience in every situation and in everything I do with them. I should always be a listening ear to the people that I consider my siblings, because as Kuya Niño stated, we can choose who we consider our siblings, and understand their stories and points of view. I believe that communicating my thoughts and feelings with my loved ones and allowing them to do the same with me will really help deepen my relationships with them. I will also make sure to be patient with the people that I love no matter the situation, especially during arguments and misunderstandings. Making sure that I practice C.U.P. will definitely help me create healthier and stronger relationships with all of the people that I love.

Although I do not have siblings, I can use the concepts of C.U.P to my parents by showing understanding, communication, and patience. I can Communicate well by communicating my needs and making sure to Understand theirs when they communicate it. By using C.U.P in my relationship with my family, I can maintain a strong and healthy bond. Though it may not be perfect and arguments may break out once in a while, the core principles can help us recover and grow stronger together.

I can show CUP in my everyday life by taking it into consideration when dealing with disagreements with my friends or family. I can communicate my ideas and my feelings so that they understand my side of the situation. I can be more understanding when listening to how they feel, and think about what they might be going through. I can also show patience when listening to them and try not to let anger get in the way of my understanding.

I can show C.U.P through my family and friends whenever I am bonding or talking to them. In this way, it may bring a closer relationship between us as well as enhance my attitude and personality toward other people wherein I am able to listen and understand them with a healthy, positive, and receptive mindset.

I believe that it is important to uphold the values and virtues from the acronym "C.U.P." in any situation regardless of who we are with. Though of course, communication, understanding, and patience is regularly needed with our family members, most especially in the case of siblings, it is important that we maintain these values with others as well, because it is a sign of our respect towards them as an individual. More so, if we truly love someone, we should learn to be communicative, understanding, and patient with them. With that, I believe that I can showcase "C.U.P." to not only my siblings, but to other loved ones as well by simply being present. I believe that to be communicative, understanding, and patient, one needs to be present in order to observe those three values. Making an effort to listen to them and to be with them can already mean a lot. Additionally, a value that I like to uphold is to be reciprocal. It is important to note that if I want a specific person to trust me, I must do the same and trust them.

can showcase the C.U.P to my friends and my younger family members or to anyone. Patience can be used with others and yourself, this is needed for growth and relationships. Communication is needed in all aspects whether its with yourself, or others, and this can widen knowledge and understanding in things, especially strengthen a bond. We don't know what others are going through especially with the age gap with my sister (9years). I have to understand that she is also going through a tough time and I can be of help by comfort or just hanging out with her, without telling her off or getting annoyed.

I can showcase C.U.P. to my siblings and loved ones through simple and small acts of effort and proactiveness. I can show my siblings that I am eager to show them that I want to strengthen my relationship with them. I can put in the effort to do simple acts of service with them. Helping them clean their room for example, or even asking them how their day was, can be a simple way to put in the effort to show that they mean a lot to me. All I need to remember, is to showcase my willingness to strengthen my bond with them.

As an older sibling that aims to serve as an example to my little sibling, I may utilize C.U.P not just as an Ate, but as a person overall. By utilizing Communication, Understanding, and Patience, I may be able to strengthen my relationships with everyone I interact with by making a concious decision to communicate our emotions and thoughts to one another, understanding their perspectives and helping them understand mine as well, and being patient with people through my understanding of our differences and unique perspectives as individuals.

I believe using the CUP method taught that day would greatly help my relationship with my siblings and myself. I would like to learn more about them and for them to learn more about my life as well. I know it will take a lot of patience, out of all the values in the CUP acronym, but I am willing to put my efforts to take my time with my siblings. Communication will be something I must learn to develop with them, whether it is a small or a long winded talk about things. But if I will communicate with them, I must also learn to be more understanding of how they feel and how they see the world.

I can showcase C.U.P. by actively listening to my loved ones without judgment and empathizing with their views. Personally, I prefer people who listen rather than people who give advice because it gives the idea of being heard. So I will apply the golden rule of "treat others how you want to be treated" and provide a listening ear.

I would be patient, respectful, and open-minded to understand them better. With my siblings, there is a gap due to age and gender so I always imagine what it is like in their shoes. Since they are younger than me, I was once similarly in their spot so I can relate to them more.

I. can show C.U.P. by applying these values to everyone. Though I am an only child I can communicate, understand and have patience with others. I should listen to what others have to say and listen to their ideas. I should also try to understand their point of view on things in order to get along with them more. It doesn't necessarily mean I have to agree with them I just have to understand where they're coming from. Lastly I should have patience with others because you never know what they're going through.
