Thanks to Covid 19 I had the chance to discover my self and to dedicate time to my own passion and family.
But, the most important positive point of this situation is that learnt to me that there isn't time to waste. Every moment, every minute past you have to be happy doing what you like. Not delay at tomorrow things you can do now. Because maybe later you cannot do or cannot go out from your own home.
I think also that someone sent us this problem (virus) to make us to realize and understand the truly situation where we are. That is a lot of work, just thoughts related to family, work, money, a life full of stress without the principal thoughts: own welfare and the critical condition of the planet that give us a life.

I can devote myself to watching movies and reading books, I have more time to do my homework and to be with my family. I really miss my friends and so I make video calls to keep me company.

I know I should talk about the positive things I rediscover thanks to this situation, but the balance weighs on the other side and one must be grateful for every feeling and emotion that is given. it is difficult to speak positively of covid-19.
Staying at home alone could have been a good condition, if it weren't for me living with my mom, or on the contrary, if I had been with 7 healthy men, plenty of food and alcohol would have been more satisfying.
Not being able to see my family and therefore suffer the scarce video calls on the whats app.
Having to stay on the computer for many hours and ruin my eyesight, go crazy to print 100 sheets to keep up with the program.
On the positive side, I can only say that I enjoy walking the dog, which thanks to her, I can afford to take a breath of air and feel normal.

I won't talk about the effects of quarantine on the world, because in this days i’m working a lot on myself and i want to tell you about this. I want to talk about the effects of quarantine on me. All of us have been locked in the house for two weeks now and even if it does not seem like a long time, for a society like ours it is almost impossible to stop from our busy life even for just one day. Our mind usually work 24 hours on 24 and we don’t think about us and our thought. I usually run away from the thought of my fears, my anxieties and sometimes even from the memories that they are beautiful or ugly indifferently, but now i can’t do this thing and I’m forced to work on myself.
the first days were the hardest, because in this circumstance you feel every emotion as if it were a huge boulder on your chest. After a few days I realized that I should let my emotions live their path. Beautiful or ugly emotions are to be experienced. Experiencing emotions to the full allows us to appreciate them more and learn not to be afraid of them, like i usually did. feeling blocked by my emotions made me understand that before I didn’t live fully because I was always crushed by my emotions, this will not magically change after the quarantine ends, but I can finally learn to live all the things I miss now.
I miss going out for a walk, to wake up early to go to school, my classmates scream at eight in the morning. I miss my dad and my little brother who unfortunately don't live with me. I miss my friends, going out in the evening, driving around with loud music.
I miss going to the upper town and looking at the whole city. I miss people I never thought I couldn’t miss. All these failings made me feel superfluous and powerless.
I know that in this period we’ve to fight with our fears or annoyances. it isn’t an easy situation for anyone, but we can learn to feel better about ourselves, to live with our emotions. We can learn to appreciate all those little or big things that we usually take for granted. we can learn to be more present for those people we took for granted. we can learn to live every little experience with happiness. One of the most important things I have learned is to never take our freedom for granted, the possibility to leave the house quietly, to meet the people we love, to be able to travel ..
when this situation ends I will go immediately to the important people for me to embrace them, I will go around my city with my motorbike to enjoy the outdoors. I will travel, even if only for a few days and I will enjoy every little moment.
we will all emerge stronger and more aware of ourselves from this situation.

For me was so difficult think about something good about the covid-19 but I've thought about it a lot and these are my conclusions:
Before the Coronavirus i saw my parents only during the dinner and sometimes not even there. Now, in this quarantine period, i can spend a lot of time with my family, i can cook with my mom, i I can garden with my father and i can play with my brother. I also stay a lot of time with Tequila, my dog, who is very happy to see the whole family at home.
At the beginning of this quarantine i was so sad because I couldn't see my girlfriend for a long time, but this situation gave us the opportunity to talk more during the day, and, even if a videocall isn’t the same as a face to face conversation, it’s a good way to feeling more closer. Two days ago i have turned 19, and i make a videocall with her so she could participate too. definitely a birthday that I will not forget!
Stay at home give me also the opportunity to do a lot of things that I haven't done for a long time, like playing the piano or reading some books ( if you want “le notti bianche” is my favorite in this time) .
But, even if all this thing are beautiful, I can’t wait the end of this😫

It’s precisely in the most difficult moments that we have to look for that something to make us come back smiling, in my case, I have never had time to spend with my family and especially with my brother who always asks me to play with him, because of the school, study and sport. I have that time that I miss now and right at this unnatural moment, I got to make up for it: spend some time with my brother, sit with my parents and talk, talk to my second family in Morocco (grandparents, uncles and cousins) and talk to friends I haven't seen in a long time. In this way we are safer and above all we follow the instructions from the government so as not to make the situation even worse.
But if we look at the situation from another side, I somehow think that this virus did not fall by mistake, there is a very specific reason, maybe the situation that we thought was normal was not going well. Maybe someone is warning us, telling us to open our eyes and look at things differently. Unfortunately we live in an unbalanced world, not everyone has the opportunity to do even the simplest things, such as living.
We have to change, and this virus is the proof.

Staying at home and having a lot of free time we sometimes cook bread at home, make cakes and pizzas, it's fun and time flies when we do these things thanks to covid-19 there is less pollution because many factories are closed and people go less around, for this problem restaurants, discos and shopping centers are closed and we are not able to go out, I can't meet my friends, I miss all my classmates, I miss joking with them, I miss smiling with them, now that I'm at home I don't smile as before, it's like a piece of me has gone away because I know friendship is there most important thing that exists, fortunately I can see my classmates who have accompanied me in recent years through video lessons, they make me feel better and even closer to them than we were at school.
