         <description><![CDATA[<div>Macro External Forces:<br>A PESTLE analysis should highlight the majority of external forces that are potential causes for change e.g. new laws, changes in demographics and political stability<br><br>Micro External Forces:<br>This comes from external stakeholders such as investors, competitors and regulatory bodies. The formation of unions or a decrease in foreign investment can affect change in the organisation<br><br>Internal Forces:<br>People, structure and culture make up the internal forces for change. This can include changes in employee demographics and communication breakdowns<br><br>Sake of Change: Sometimes change takes place just because a change is needed.
