I chose this meme, because it goes by a stereotype that majority of these personality types are introverted, but that is not always the case. These lyrics suggest the idea that no adults really care about the student's well-being while students treat each other with such unruliness. The main chorus, which is the title, Wheels on the Bus, illustrates the fact that Cry Baby (Melanie Martinez's character) notices all of these acts "round and round".
