         <description><![CDATA[<p>Thank you for raising this topic and thank you for sharing your experiences.</p><p><br/></p><p>I think it all starts with awareness. Not only women that directly experience the challenges, but also men who still act like they learned and often not noticing that they are “disadvantaging“ women. And also changing the habit of being quite if someone is crossing the line (intended or unintended). Men who understood the topic should also try to get active and support women (or whoever gets treated unequally). Doing it in a smart way is key and here men should be open for awareness trainings or also trainings on how to support others. What are my possibilities to help? What is not helpful? (should not cause a new issue, „women need help from men“…)</p><p>Really difficult topic and we only can change it together by setting new Standards.</p>]]></description>
