S-pecific : I specify to be more confident in the outside world in general, i'll try this by breaking out of my confort zone and if i really need help, i could ask for advice from my parents or ask for a consultation session with our formation teacher.

M-easurable: I will attempt to set possible goals for my by setting up my own PRF and document my scores even if it's not required

A-ttainable, related to my previous answer, I will make sure that i am aware of what i am doing and why i am doing it. setting expectable expectations but with higher standards is a slow process, so i will start as early as possible, which is now.

R-elevant: I have been planning to become a software developer and mathematics is one key element to exploring that tree.

T-ime bound: I will make sure that i will allot time for my studying, instead of playing games.

The added task of a recorder is to 1. make sure that everyone submits on time, and be flexible among other people's schedule at the same time. Learning to adapt to these stuggles though, have made me more conscious of my action not only as the person who has to manage, but also the person who is being managed. Another is i keep forgetting my basic perfect squares and how i remembered that i failed an oral test ones because of it

Even though i was late for errands, i was still able to successfully perfect the test even after minimal studying, i have learned the just simply being attentive in class and being able to practice the questions, i can save a lot of time for other things

I believe that the role of recorder can be also defined into leadership just defined differently.
