- don’t understand the language and cannot communicate effectively
- racism cuz local people think that you are taking away jobs and making fun of your accent
- you help them so much but still doesn’t get fair treatment
- blue collar jobs, people have stereotype, disrespect you and doubt your abilities that because you do labour you will not be so intelligent
- not treated with respect, cannot eat together with the employer for example
- loses some of the human rights e.g. cannot use your own money to buy a phone
- feel burdened as you want to be together with your family but you cannot as you need to provide money for them to have a better life
