Green and Fair has begun! Here the participants telling you what’s up :)

As the goal was to get to know each other and to discover the huge farm, we took a long walk around, and participated in activities to create bonds and a safe environment for healthy connections to grow 🌱

Did you know that in la Buona Terra, the oldest tree is as old as the Roman Empire ? 

Have you ever drawn your friends using only natural elements ? 🌿🪨☁️ 

Have you ever thought of your expectations as seeds that could bloom ? 🌸 

This day settled the ground and we are now excited to see what we will harvest !

Then we moved to Passignano city where we discovered the history and culture following a treasure hunt, founding out it was happening the most important event of the town and we were lucky to join them. 🛶

It’s called Palio delle Barche, a commemoration about an ancient war between two noble families. ⚔️

Then, in the afternoon, we discover each other’s realities, with it’s problems and solutions.

We had a great time together, and we are looking forward to what is to come!

Then, after having a delicious lunch, we spend some time preparing for the 🥁🥁🥁Intercultural Night!! 🥳🎉 We had the chance to discover more about each other’s culture, dance, sing and have some fun too 😏

After a very needed free day, today we come back to work!  During the morning, we putted out brain into work at full power to navigate the consequences of human activities on the Planet thinking into systems 🧠💪🏼🌍 

During the afternoon, we questioned ourselves how the World is doing. Plot twist, it’s not that bad as we thought! Did you know that around 80% of people living in high-income countries see climate change as a threat to their country over the next 20 years?  And that since agreements were made in 1987 to limit ozone-depleting substances more than 95% has been phased out?

Great news for nature ☀️🌱✌🏽

Today we dedicated the day to Permaculture 🌳 During the morning, we began by learning about its ethics and principles 📚 Then, during the afternoon, we  putted them in practice by designing the farm of our dreams 🐓👩🏾‍🌾🐝

To celebrate our new knowledge…Pizza Night! 🍕

Imagine a world in which humans beings achieve harmony with nature using technology…This dream has a name, Solarpunk! ☀️

In the morning, we learn about the Solarpunk utopia, and used its principles to create our perfectly sustainable city.

During the afternoon, we took the roles of heads of governors in a world threatened by environmental issues, taking difficult decisions to help our own countries while saving the world from disaster. 

At the end of the day, we kept our creative mood alive by impersonating our favorite being in a Council of All Beings around a bonfire🔥, in which we took their perspective about the issues and wonders that our Planet faces

We are entering the most exciting part of the project. Now…we take the lead! In the following days, we will be working on a surprise for you. This morning, we decided what it would be about. Does it sound cryptic? 😏 Well, we don’t want to spoil you anything! 

After lunch, we took a well-deserved rest and enjoyed our time on the farm and the surroundings. Batteries charged for what is coming⚡️ Stay tuned! 

Exactly, you got it! We are going to be film makers for the next two days. We want ideas that we  find relevant and that we have been discussing the last week and a half with you. For that, this morning we went deeper into our favorite topics and selected the ones that will be turned into videos.

During the afternoon, we begun with the creative process by teams, making the first steps to turn our ideas into action. Great clips are coming, and we can’t wait to share them with you! 🎥

To end up well the day, we discover more about animal rights and veganism. “Green&Fair” shouldn’t be only for humans, but all living beings 💚

Today has been the most intense day pf the week. Each team rushed to finish their masterpieces and get ready for pesenting their videos in an special gala…The Cesar’s! 👀🍿

After a Hollywood style aperitivo, red carpet included, we screened our videos in a magic night full pf suprises. Both judges and participants were pleased by all the work done. We can’t wait to share our clips with you!

Everything has an end, and today we have to say goodbye to you. “Green&Fair” has been an inspirational, intense and unforgettable experience for all of us.

We spent the last day harvesting memories and emotions, reflecting on everything experienced, and enjoying how each of us blossomed 🌺

Its time to come back home. Thanks to everyone that made this project possible… because now we know that a more Harmonious World is attainable 🌳⚖️
