This is encouraging students to not care about their grades. It stresses them out and if they fail then they think it is the end of the world.</li><li>Records zeros for missing assignments. Again, it stresses students out.</li><li>Groups students at the beginning of the year based on the previous year’s achievement test scores. The students are going to have different ability levels this year than they did last year.&nbsp;</li><li>Gives bonus points for classroom participation: Some students are never going to participate, especially if they are shy. </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
