         <description><![CDATA[<div>I like the way Kalliope started flipped learning in small bits by just trying one lesson at first. I tend to get overwhelmed if I try to take on too much so this approach makes a lot of sense to me. I would probably start with an in-class flip as a station rotation since I am often in elementary classrooms where this might work better than a traditional flip.</div>]]></description>
