Please keep 9:00-10:00am open for Burns and Teeple to coordinate Reach Ahead Math.

Keeping the current French schedule (10:00-10:40 and 11:20-12:00) for these two classes would also be beneficial for coordinating shared teaching/learning opportunities, including rotary. Thank-you!! :-)

Consideration for grade 8s in regards to booking gym time so that there are no conflicts for rotary. Ideally, no grade 8's with gym at the same time, and consistent timing (similar to french). Also not in first block as that would interfere with reach ahead math (see Jason's comment, also in green)

ECE to NOT have their lunch breaks /break during instructional time. They need to be in class with the OCT if class sizes are 26 students or greater. Currently they are out of the classroom on break during instructional time
