A massive storm cuts that trip short by more than 10 days. The Commander gives the order to abort the mission, as the crew are walking to the MAV, the only way back up to their ship in orbit. On the way to the MAV Mark is struck by a flying piece of metal knocked loose by the storm, The rest of the crew assume Mark is dead and leave Mars without him. He has a great sense of humor and he really hates disco and old TV. He always cracks jokes to himself and somehow stays sane while being the only person on an entire planet with no contact with any other living humans. He was stranded on Mars after an antennae hit him during a massive storm and blew him away from his ship, His crew think he is dead and leave the planter without him.
