- First, I will tell you about my company's lighting system. We used artificial light. Artificial light is from portable led light and small LED under each sewing machine.       

- Next, I'd like to introduce personal workspaces. we always keep it clean and hygienic. As you can see, the sewing machines are arranged in a vertical row and the distance between each sewing machine is 50 cm. The table size is 120 cm long and 70 cm wide.

- There are small boxes below each sewing machine for needles, buttons, threads and small tools and materials.

- Besides, you  provide soft drinks near the workplace, free lunch and music to keep workers awake and bored.

- First, it's back pain. This incident is caused by workers sitting and working with the wrong posture. Workers have to work for too long and sit in one place. This condition, if prolonged, can lead to health and productivity problems. I suggest that the company should provide enough chairs that are wide enough for workers and that the chairs have backrest and legroom.

- Second, I see that our factory is still messy, and the allocation of work is not reasonable. I think the company should provide each sewing machine with a garbage bag and need to provide a small box to set up need to provide a small box to put up the needle, bobbin, thread...

- In addition, the company should have some time Take short breaks so that employees can relax and exercise to work more efficiently

The first case is Mrs. A. On 20/7/2021, she got a needle in her hand. The reason was that she forgot to turn off the sewing machine while talking to the supervisor. Unfortunately, she pressed the foot controller when her hand was under the needle. At that time, first aid was given immediately in the sewing floor and then she was sent to the Medical center of our factory for further treatment. She continued her work on the next day. In order to minimize the cases like this, all workers need to pay attention to turn off all devices when not working for safety purposes.

The next person is Mrs. B. July 19, 2021. She burned her hand while she was ironing. She is a new worker so she has no experience and due to her negligence, she was injured. We gave first aid right at the sewing floor and she was then taken to our factory's Medical Center for further treatment. She continued her work the next day.

In conclusion, the data from this form is useful for possible improvements in working conditions. Managers need to provide training for worker, especially for the new staff to avoid unfortunate accidents which will affect productivity and work quality.
