Children 4 years old and younger are required to have 2 doses of Hepatitis A Vaccine and 3 doses of PCV7 vaccine, one has to be after the 1st birthday. The child may have just 1 PCV7 vaccine if it was given after the child turned 2. Also, Kindergartners must have 2 doses of Hepatitis A. Students going to Jr. High must have a TDap and Meningitis vaccine.
