The song is very powerful, and you won't get tired when listening to the song, which might allow you to perform better while exercising.

I believe the song "Smooth Operator" by Sade is a final good song to put on a workout playlist. It is a calming song, which may sound negative, but it instills a lot of self confidence, and it's harder to perform well while exercising if you don't have much self confidence.

3 songs that I believe should be on everyone's playlist for motivational workout music are the following:

"Cant stop the feeling" by justin Timberlake. This song is a super jolly and upbeat song that really focuses on just staying happy. Even if your feeling gloomy or tired, the songs lyrics show so much passion about staying strong, and the song just wants to make you keep going.

"Titanium" by David Guetta. This song has so much meaning to it, especially in the lines "You shoot me down, but I won't fall. I'm titanium". This verse is trying to convey that even if things get tough, and you feel like quitting, you shouldn't stop there and stand up and keep going.

"Happy" by Pharrell Williams. This song is a classic pop song with tons of positive energy circling around it. I think that workout playlists always have inspirational and mostly upbeat and happy songs, and I think you can't get a song more happier than "Happy". The lyrics show that even with all of the bad things surrounding you, you should just ignore it and keep going.

Reeva Joshi

The first song I would choose to put on my workout playlist would be “20 minutes” by Lil Uzi Vert. It’s a high energy song, which will keep me motivated throughout my workout because of the song’s fast paced rhythm and catchy music.

The second song I would add to the playlist would be “One Dance” by Drake. It is the perfect combination between calming and energy sparking, making it the perfect song to play during a workout due to its versatility of being played during exercise.

The third song I would put in a workout playlist would be “Nothing On You” by Bruno Mars. Since this song has meaningful lyrics and a positive melody it is suitable to listen to during many types of exercises such as running, lifting weights, and more.

The first song that should be on everyone’s playlist is One Dance by Drake. This song is a classic and has been one of my favorite songs ever. Every time I listen to this song I always end up silently jamming along. This leads me to believe that this song is perfect for a workout playlist and will make me go a little harder on my set.

The second song that should be on everyone’s playlist is All the Stars by SZA and Kendrick Lamar. This song is so good and such a high beat song. I can see myself jamming out to this song while running on the treadmill or on the bicycle machine. This song is also so catchy and brings back old memories.

The last song that should be on everyone’s playlist is National Anthem by Lana Del Ray. I recently discovered this song and it had me so motivated. This is such a catchy song and I can definitely see myself listening to this while working out. This song is the type of song that would motivate me to do one extra rep on the bench presses or go extra hard on the last stretch of a mile.

The first song I would put on my playlist would be “Set Fire to the Rain” by Adele, it is just a very empowering song.

The second song I would put on my workout playlist would be “Beautiful Things” by Benson Boone, it is just an up-beat, and also a great song. It helps me to have a song I know all the words to so it makes it even better for me personally.

My last song that I would out on a workout out playlist is “Sweet but Psycho” by Ava Max. I just love the song. It is so up beat, fun to listen to, and I know most of the words to it. I loved this song when I was younger so it reminds me of that.
