We could agree on a few common indicators & data sources through which we could measure the impact of NB activities and have common impact results?

Something like this?:
Impact: We want to create a shared a understanding on what is international competence of guidance practitioners (i.e. what does it mean, what kind of knowledge, actions, attitude).
Areas of impact: 1) guidance practitioners, 2) partners on national and European level and 3) EG NordBalt cluster (=us, having a shared understanding)
Indicators: guidance practitioners know what they need to know ;) partners in guidance counsellors' education programmes share this understanding
Data sources: survey? focus groups? content of training programmes? information distribution (how article is used, shared, taken on, channels etc), statistics (what?)
Actions: 1) make a common article (distribution and usage?), 2) have a common on-line training? (just an idea that came to mind)
