CCGI Implemenation Plan will be shared with APs at August 14th CCGI Training. APs will also learn about CCGI, be trained on CaliforniaColleges.edu, and receive support in leading their school site implementation.

APs will connect with counselors/teachers and college access programs at their school site to review the CCGI Implementation Plan (Grade Level Goals and Targets) and discuss how they will implement CCGI activities in 19-20. Throughout the year, APs will review district progress in meeting CCGI Implementation goals during ongoing monthly AP meetings.

Christina will schedule a second College Access Meeting between July 16th-July 18th to discuss CCGI activities and ways to incorporate CaliforniaColleges.edu into current outreach practices.

CCGI Implemenation Plan will be shared at August 14th CCGI Training, where College Access Programs will be invited to attend. Attendees will also learn about CCGI, be trained on CaliforniaColleges.edu, and receive support how to incorporate CCGI activities into existing outreach efforts.

APs will work with College Access Programs to coordinate outreach efforts at their school site and ensure they are utilizing CaliforniaColleges.edu effectively.

The CCGI Implementation Plan will be shared with counselors/teachers, once APs have reviewed and approved the plan (sometime after the August 14th AP Meeting).

High School counselors will receive a CCGI Refresher Training on August 20th, August 22nd, and October 15th. The focus will be on how to manage student accounts and how to launch applications.  The CCGI Implementation Plan will be shared at these trainings, focusing on the Grade Level Goals and targets, to set the expectations for the 19-20 school year.
