         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Roles:</strong>  I appreciate having designated roles.  The facilitator doesn't have to be the "octopus" arms of the meeting.  They provide others with a responsibility for the meeting.<br><strong>Outcomes: </strong> I've also found value in having the meeting outcomes noted at the top of the agenda to remind teams of what we hope to accomplish during our time together.<br><strong>Parking Lot: </strong> This still gives a nod to topics you can't get to at that moment.  Yet, it is recorded so you can revisit and give it attention at another time.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We've always had it posted to have roles but we either never assign or we assign but they're rarely followed. I think being explicit about the roles might be good. For instance often we feel rushed through important topics by someone keeping time. So I want to try to talk about the expectations for those roles instead of just assigning. For example: Timekeeper might check in to see if we need to table the next topic instead of pushing us into it.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think groundings can be essential but often they get skipped. I think they'd be more useful by being very intentional to the meeting and the team. Sometimes we just need something fun, sometimes we need to use that time wisely to connect to our planning. Also, some members have anxiety over sharing and we should respect that. So I try to be mindful of trying different approaches so it's not dreadful to that person(s) each week. </div>]]></description>

As far as I can tell we generally use them on data days and that might be because we are meeting for a longer period of time.
