         <description><![CDATA[<div>When someone starts to believe in they can do something, almost every time, they will do it. But to believe in something, you will have to explore first. “Amidst enormous physical and emotional change and development, adolescents are also testing their independence, forming their identities, expanding their social lives and experimenting with new behaviors” (page 2). They need to go through their life, fail sometimes, to learn. For example, if a child starts to workout, they probably would like to go to the gym. Usually, when one child starts to do something, their friends and peers will do it along with them. So, the child might go alone. Now, that might be a risk. Some children will fall into some bad things there. they might fall into some habits they would never have thought of doing. In this situation, it would be best if you would “surround yourself with others who model physical fitness by being active” (page 2).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe that different habits have different amounts of impacts in our lives. For example, the amount of sleep we get, the amount of social human interaction we get, the amount of screen time we get, the amount of knowledge we gain, the amount of physical activities we do, and many more. If one of these things fall out of balance, it could lead to disaster. “However, research shows that excessive media exposure can negatively influence teenagers' nutrition, body image and health” (page 3). So when a school, parents, or some other place or person bans media and technology use somewhere, they are just trying to help. If we have too much screen time, we might overeat. The gain of all that fat could lead to heart disease. Some people know better, such as our parents, so we should listen to people we can trust.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of my friends had recently joined my karate class, and their weren't doing so well. So, I thought, "Even though she isn't asking for help, I should help her because it looks like she needs it." So I told her, keep three of evening free during the week, we are going to train. It took a lot of convincing, but soon she came. We ran about 2 miles at a medium pace for her. She almost passed out in the end, but she did not give up. She continued on with me for the next 2 months, and then soon started doing it herself. She later told me, in the beginning she only kept going because i had said to her that she would not want to be the lowest in her class. She also told me that soon, she did not workout out of fear, she worked out because she liked the results.</div>]]></description>
