         <title>Introduction                                                             KONE is a member of the so-called Top Four companies in the elevator industry and the other three firms are Schindler Switzerland, the German ThyssenKrupp, Ortis from the United States . KONE’s product portfolio features extensive innovation products including elevato rs,escalators,automatic building doors and also provide maintenance for their offers. This organization was headquartered in Espoo,Finland  established in1910 with rarely 50 employees initially. Nowadays it have approximately 52,000 employees and have worldwide sales network. This report briefly illustrates the development process of KONE and why KONE decides to establish a restructuring program. In addition, what frustrations and controversial perspectives  KONE would confront with.Recommendations --Increase international reputation in order to acquire trust from the public.--establish restructuring programs over the next 3years by planned layoff --redefine the process and role in social society.--digitalize business and develop IT functions .--improve service and transformation against systems-related disruptions to KONE&#39;s global business </title>
