I write down activities in my planner and how long I intend to spend on that activity (making sure to include breaks and time to relax).          <description><![CDATA[<div>Every week I Choose one day (Normally Saturday or Sunday) Where I turn my Electronics off!<br>This way there is no distractions from 'Real Life' and time is not wasted away by scrolling through the internet aimlessly or stressing over emails.&nbsp;<br>I find this technique to be extremely useful because it gives me the time to focus and connect with the wonderful people around me.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I use a cork board and coloured paper. Each colour has a different level of imprtance. I also use a reward system, for each top priority task I complete I put that piece of coloured paper in a box, once I have 15 of that colour I treat myself to either bought dinner or a trip to the movies with some friends. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I wake, I plan my day in my head which takes all of 5-10min from breakfast to kids to dinner and bed-time. I prioritise everything in order from most important to least; take something that can take an hour plus and multitask in between. for example put washing on first, let breaky cook, do the dishes while listening to videos from course at the same time.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>I am not a Morning person!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am not a morning person so I keep mornings to myself. I do coursework, housework and chores between the afternoon and evening, prioritizing what is most important first. I am not much of a planner but i get things done. I hate unfinished jobs which is what gets me through what I need to do. I have a great memory which I rely heavily on for everything. I avoid stress because I am able to employ single-minded focus when a deadline is due.<br><br></div>]]></description>
