I started to attend school in the U.S. in Middle School, and I had to struggle a lot because I couldn't understand the language. I want to be able to teach elementary kids, that just like me, are struggling to learn English. Once I graduate from South Texas College I will transfer to UTRGV and I'm planning to enroll in the Bachelor's degree of Bilingual Education. I would like to be either an ESL or Art teacher.
