I liked it because it was fun reading about the Hunger Games
Katniss Everdeen is a 16 year old girl who's dad had died in a mine accident.She and her mother and her sister Prim was living in district 12 . There are 13 districts circling around the Capitol but now the district 13 was bombed by the Capitol. And the 12 districts had to send 1 boy, 1 girl tribute in 12~18 years old range to the Hunger Game. 
They do it by picking the name bowl and for the girl her sister Prim got picked so Katniss volunteered for her sister because Katniss knew that her sister would die in the game.She went to the Capitol then to the Training Center at the last day training the Game Makers give the players a score 1 to 12, 12 is the highest score you can get and the average score is 7~9. Katniss got 11 in the score. She faced alot of troubles but at the end she survived in the game.
