Explanation: In this moment Walter is really trying to be ambitious and their for his family. This quote shows how much he wants to help his family, by starting to get his kid out the living and sleeping somewhere warm and comfortable. He wants to stop talking about others people life and successes and what they best for Travis. This shows the quote really in him self, when it comes to his family and kids.

He tries to hard that he blocks out everyone that try to tell him what to do, like his family told him that the liquor store is not a good idea but he already had his mind set.  That's the only thing i really feel that makes Walter a bad person beacsue he shuts down easy and blocks out other people around him. This Poem goes with the story and Walter life. The reason i say that is that they are facing poverty.  Poverty is everywhere in the story even when they go and try t by the house. This goes with theme beacsue the man is trying to make a differences between the dream and reality. He comes to his seances and says he has if he want his dreams he has to take control of the world beacsue its his and that's the reality of it. You cant just sit around and think its going to come to you without no work. That's why i feel that this theme and quote goes well with story and some of the characters in it.
