         <title> A welcome change!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Marking and requirements for associated  commentary and admin, have increased tremendously over the years. Unfortunately, digital innovation and the use of Turnitin seem to have only served to make the process more time-consuming rather than less. This, added to the much less than generous time allocation for the process, has added greatly to the workload of lecturers with a predictable toll on their well-being at certain times of the year.</p><p>Anything that reduces the workload burden, while still maintaining necessary rigour and accuracy of marking, is to be welcomed.  </p><p>A very welcome innovation!</p>]]></description>
