Sometimes I feel excited, anxious and some other I feel Unfair when I take the summative evaluation because I think every student has differnt abilities and they are standarized.

Formal traditional evaluations are frustrating. So, we have to be creative at the time of thinking on them. Role-play; games; ask them how they would like to show what the hay learnt can be more interesting.

To be honest during traditional written or listening evaluation i feel relaxed. In other types I'm quite concerned with trying to make them comfortable and getting their best.

I think the traditional evaluation is not only frustrating for students but also for teachers too because we feel that we don't give the learners the opportunity to show what they have learned. For that reason, we have to change that and find a way to make evaluation more interesting and comfortable for them.

Since a very long time I don't evaluate in the traditional way (written/oral tests) I Just observe my students during a 3 months period and take notes (I have a notebook for that) about how they are doing, also ask their parents about their kids, why she/he is not doing their tasks and how I can help them (parents)...

Traditional evaluation demands a lot of time. We feel really stressed and overwhelmed after checking a pile of paper, tha's why we must focus on the formative evaluation, analising the learning process y providing constant feedback.

Hello, I like traditional evsluations but I understand that they allow us know students'level in order to prepare later our planification,lessons and check progress too.
I intend to create students 'autonomy.
