I like the shapes in this artwork.I think I could have done something with the background.I think the challenge was drawing the shape of the bugs but in the end it came out looking great.If I could draw it again i would do it with more color.I made this artwork because it really cool and i hate bugs so why not.

My sculpture is pretty small, it is pink and silver. I used color and form to complete this project. To make my sculpture I used styrofoam and acrylic paint. The hardest part for me was painting and shaping it. My artwork was inspired by my favorite sport, the purpose of art is to express yourself and cheer is one of the most important things in my life. I think it looks pretty good. I did my best to paint it but the painting was hard. I imagined the painting to look a little better but it was the best I could do

My tesalation is pink and blue and shows a princess. The principals and elements that are the most obvious are pattern, line, color and space. I used sharpie and watercolor to make this peice of art work. I tried to replicate each princess. Well my family calls my princess so it makes sense for me to make a princess, this peice reminds me of my family. My goal for this artwork was for everything to line up, well I struggled getting everything to fit perfectly. I learned that I need to pay mor attention to detail. No, I imagined it to look much worse than it did.

In my zentangle my line starts in the top right and goes down to the bottom right. It has various patterns in between and the line changes from a braid all the way to some wavy line pattern. I like how I used the patterns. I think that I learned a lot about doodling from this piece. My inspiration was whatever came to my mind. It was a challenge for me, considering normally I can't doodle. I probably wouldn't try zentangles again if given the opportunity, because it really wasn't the most enjoyable thing at the time. It was nice in the end I guess though.

My word sculpture is about the size of my forearm. It is made out of Styrofoam and is painted green and black around the edges. I picked to do this word because sports are a big part of my life and have been playing them since I was little. Some techniques I used was using a smaller paint brush so I could paint it more fine and nicer. My goal for this artwork was to make it look nice and make an art work that showed or related to something important in my life. feel like this piece of art could of turned out better, like the paint or the shapes could of been better.

This work of art is titled Bobby Joe, he is a styrofoam pink robot. Form, texture, and color are the most obvious elements. Bony Joe was created by getting a big piece of of styrofoam and I cut it into the pieces with a plastic knife for Bobby Joe and i glued it together with hot glue and i used wire and twisted it around a pencil to make it curly to make the arms and antennae. My artwork describes my mood at the time of creating Bobby Joe. This piece did not help me reach my artistic goals because i do not have any. Creating this sculpture i learned that you cannot paint styrofoam with tempura paint because it falls off.

My sculpture is pretty medium size. The sculpture is made out of Styrofoam and sharpie. i used sharpie to color the sculpture. I created this art work with a plastic knife. the hardest part for me was the i because it was hard shaping a circle. i chose the word Lit because i am a really funny and loud person to be around with. The I is a basket ball because i like basketball a lot.

This artwork is a simple drawing of a tiger and an elephant. I created it with a step-by-step instruction sheet. I made the details mainly by myself though. I'm actually proud of this drawing, unlike most. I was trying my best to create realistic looking animals. Normally I can't draw realistic animals at ALL so I'm quite happy with this.

This artwork is titled bugs bugs everywhere. the artwork looks like bugs drawn with pen. Contrast and line are very obvious in this piece. To create this art i used a pencil to draw the bugs then i went over it with pen. I used lines as shading. Mrs. Tribble inspired my work by assigning me it. The emotion i showed in my work is scared because bugs are scary. This piece did not help me reach my goals as an artist because i have no goals as an artist. Creating this art i learned that pen looks a lot better than pencil. It is indeed the final price i imagined.

My sculpture is a medium sized paper sculpture. It has a zentangle design colored with sharpie. I drew six even sized squares on a paper and cut them out. I then put my designs on it and that was the body. i then did a small rectangle and put a design on it and that was the nose. Next i made four 3-D squares and put a design for pig feet on it . I was inspired by the shape that i was able to make with paper. My goal for my artwork was to get a good grade. My overall thoughts for this project is that i liked it and i definitely do it again.

This artwork is a foam sculpture of the word family. The assignment was to create a sculpture of a word that mean something to you. I chose family because my family means a lot to me. Shape and texture are the two most obvious elements I used to create this artwork. I used Styrofoam to create this artwork. I used scissors and a knife to cut out the letters. Then I used a hot glue gun to glue the letters together after that I painted it. My artwork was inspired by my family because my family means everything to me and my family is always there for me. I learned that cutting letters and shapes out of Styrofoam is really hard. This piece of art will influence my future artwork because now I have more experience with Styrofoam.

My artwork is a sculpture of the word love, with the LO stacked on top of the VE. The subject matter of the art work is a word sculpture. The tittle of my work is LOVE. The first thing you notice about the artwork is the letters LOVE. I created this by using shape and form to create unity in the art work. I used the colors Bright Pink and a rusty red because they complimented each other well and made the letters stand out more. I used Styrofoam and paint to create this artwork. To create this artwork I carefully sculpted out each letter and strategically glued each letter together in a very specific way. I made this artwork in memory of my grandma. It symbolized that I will always remember and love her, and that she will never be forgotten. The emotions I tried to show/create was happiness out does sadness. The Pink symbolizes the happiness, and the rusty red symbolizes the sadness. Because of the sad times, it only makes the sad times stand out more and seem brighter and better. My goals as an artists is to make artwork to the beast of my ability. I think my artwork exceeded what I expected I could possibly ever think I could have done. Making this artwork taught me that art can't be rushed, you have to take your time and work carefully to create thing more beautiful than you can imagine. This artwork turned turned out better than I expected, mostly because I set low standards for myself (I do that so I can surprise myself when the work actually turns out good). This artwork will influence my future artworks by how I do the artwork. Such as, maybe next time I try to sculpt something, I might change the way I do it.

My art work looks like turtles on a leaf or beach. I painted it with water color paint. The main tool I used was the template to trace Mandy move sideways then trace again. This piece does not represent a personal or soical problem. I didn’t really have any goals for this piece except to make it look good. I learned how to paint more finely during this art work

Then i took my knife and cut it out. I was inspired by the word live.my goal for this project was to make something i would actually want to keep. My overall goal for this project is that i liked to make the Styrofoam project and that i want to do it again.

My first artwork is a foam sculpture. It is red and black. It is a sculpture of the word 'hi'. I created my artwork with a block of foam, a plastic knife, and a pair of scissors. I was originally doing an elephant, but I messed up to much. My goals for this artwork was to make bubble letters but being that I couldn't use scissors as a knife I couldn't. I think I could have done better but it is good.

My artwork is a tessellation of bears. The bears are blue and purple. The background is orange and there is a small tree. The most obvious thing in the work is the bears. My work is a painting. I used water colors to paint the artwork. I tried using the wet onto dry process to create my work. I was showing my fun side by using cool colors for the bears and using warm colors for the background to create contrast. My goals as an artist is to get better with water colors. I think I reached my goal with water colors, because I did a lot better than last year, So yes, this peace helped me reach my goals. i learned how to use water colors more effectively. The final peace is exactly what i imagined it would be. This artwork will influence my future artwork y the way I paint it. I will try different techniques.

My second artwork origami. It is a yellow origami crane. I created my artwork with yellow and brown construction type paper. I also used a paper that gave me instructions to help me make it. The big idea of it was because it was part of a class work grade. My goal was to make it look nice and pretty. My overall thought is that I did pretty good as my first origami crane.

My artwork is an elephant with a lot of shading, thick lines, and shapes. I used normal white paper and a number 2 pencil to sketch my drawing. I tried to show a lot of contrast and shadows like the picture I was using as a reference. My goals for this artwork were to create a realistic looking elephant. Overall, I think my artwork turned out very good. It was my first time starting with shapes and turning it into something more.

My work of art is a Tessellation of a boat. It is painted with water color.I used a small Piece of paper than I cut on 2 sides of the paper and flipped the cut out pieces on the Opposite side.the big idea behind my work of art is how to connect all the boats to make it flow together.My goals for this work of art is to make all of the colors flow together and I feel hat I sucseeded. My artwork is a boat on the water with waves moving an birds flying. I used watercolor paints to paint the boat, water, sun, and birds. And i used a black sharpie to outline my boat and birds. I tried to make the birds look like their wings are "bent" , to make it look like they are flying in the sky. And i drew the boat on the half of the paper to make it look like it was coming from the side of the ocean. Overall i think my artwork turned out very good. It was my first time making things look "realistic" by bending the wings of the birds and turning it into something unique. :)

I choose my zentangle .This taught me how to be creative with overlapping and shading . I used a lot of detail in my art work, actually looks like the shapes and lines overlapping. When I was creating this zentangle I just kept it black and white , so the black colors can bring out the white. This is one of my favorite pieces of artwork because this was my first zentangle. My goal for this project was to be really creative. My overall thoughts is that I think I did a good job on this assignment.

My first piece of artwork i will be using is my pinwheel for peace. My pinwheel have hearts and cute designs on it, it uses all types of elements but the main one is shape. I created my artwork but sketching out my design then coloring it. Ms.Tribble laminated it for me and then i went ahead with a pin and folded in the correct way and then I put it on a pencil. My goal or the big idea when creating my pinwheel was to help create world peace. My goals for this piece of artwork was for it to blow in the wind and for people passing by to see it. My overall thoughts of my art work was that creating a pinwheel might seem easy but it gets a bit difficult, espically trying to put the pin in and not stab yourself.

The second piece of artwork i have chosen to use is my foam sculpture. It says love because that is a word that has meaning to me. My sculpture uses many elements and two of the main ones are color and shape. I created my sculpture using styrofoam and a plastic knife. The O was the hardest part to shape. The big idea behind this piece of art is to create a word that has meaning to us. Well, love has a special meaning to me. My goals in this work of art was not only to create a meaningful word but we had to make sure our letters overlapped or sat on each other. So as you can see i connected the V and the E, and i also put the O on top of the L. My overall thoughts of this piece of art are shocking. I actually didn’t think this was going to turn out well and to be totally honest i messed up connecting the letters but i had fun. So i think i did pretty well with the overlapping and connecting.

For my first work of art is my Bugs in Line drawing. When making this I tried to use lines to give detail. This artwork was made on paper because that's the medium we had to use for the project. I either used color pencils our crayons to make this. We were told we could make a artwork with bugs, but they had to not be in a straight line or pattern. Instead we had to put the bugs in place where it would feel like bug movement. Also, we could add a setting in the background, so I chose a test styled paper. I tried to not be sloppy and add a lot of color and originality, which I kind of did. It looks kind of sloppy with the coloring and the overall bug shapes and designs with how uneven they are. In the end I tried to get this done before class ended and didn't have enough time to think about bug design and cleaning up the background. I have learned from this project that I need to make sure I design my artwork well some times.

This is my Seasons artwork. Our teacher wanted us to make four separate parts of a folded piece of paper designed for each of the four seasons. I made this on paper with either colored pencils or crayons. Since we were making each quarter a different part of a season, I decided to make the center circular to make it look like a small planet. When making this work, I tried to emotions for each season, such as the darkness of Halloween and the calmness of Summer . To try and make this artwork not look poorly done, I kept adding small objects on the paper to express the feel of the particular season. I think I almost reached my goals. While I added detail to some seasons, I didn't as much with others. I learned from this work that when make a circular shape for the overall design, I should balance it.

Describe: My peace of act look like a blue red tissue paper flip flop with pictures of thing that represents my dad like a humor because he like to build, their is a car because he like to race, their is a hart because he love me. Their are also two words that represent him generous, kind. The subject mater is collages. The title is Daddy flip flop. The elements were color and shape.
Create: The inspiration came from my Dad. The tools are pencil, tissue paper, glow. The technique was collage.
Big Idea: My dad inspired me. It a personal issue my dad deserve respect. The emotions hopefulness and happiness.
goals: As an artiest I wont to be better. Yes, I'm better at collage.
Thoughts:
I learn to do better on collages. Yes because represents him. I'll be better at collage.

Describe: I supposed it look like a waterfall down a mountain. The subject matter is scale copy of smaller waterfall. The title is waterfall painting. The elements were shape, size, color.
Create: The media was magazine. the tools are paint, paper, pencil, crayon. The techniques is size copying.
Big idea:
inspired from nature. The emotions I feel was love for nature.
Thoughts: I learn to resize pictures. No, because my drawing is bad. Need to be a better drawer in the future.
