For example if you have been eating or sleeping too mucho r too Little, pulling away from people and usual activities having low or no energy, experiencing severe mood swings that cause problems in relationships. In addition, if you are feeling helpless or hopeless or thinking or harming yourself or others. If you feel these symtoms or more you can visit the specialist and talk about your mood or your thoughts and you&nbsp; can survive this situation better.<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Finally the mental health it’s very important for you wellness and your stability with your family, friends or your common activities. If you dont talk about that or if you dont visit any specialist you can could terrible consequences in the future, because you save this feelings then you feel bad and you would not know what to do. Also if you have a good mental health and have a possitive mental health you can work productively, connecting&nbsp; with others and have&nbsp; better relationships. Besides Mental health problems and illnesses are clinically significant patterns of behavior or emotions that are associated with some level of distress, suffering, or impairment in one or more areas such as school, work, social and family interactions, or the ability to live independently for that reasons its very important to take care of you mental health.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
