Academy Stars Bamboozle

Hey Academy Stars folks.... I've been working on better gathering and organizing my bamboozle resources.

For better or worse, I've been working off the Educatius account, which might be the wrong account. Buuuut, on the Educatius bamboozle account, I've created folders for the different Academy Stars levels (at least that I work with) and I've been creating and gathering resources there. I've been labeling the activities by Unit and Lesson.

Please check out and use anything I'm putting up (I've got AS 1-5) or add any good stuff you've been using!

I've been having my AS4 & 5 students edit the vocabulary flashcards and work together to make new flashcards as new vocabulary is added throughout the lessons. They've been LOVING that.

I'm thinking to have have a student recorder who will keep track of special vocab or phrases that may come up in classes... like the typical ''but profe... how do you say...?'' and then once a week or every other week, have the students work together to create flashcards of those words for the class to keep a running bank to practice.

Is it possible to have appendix 7 uploaded in pdf format? Students using their phones had the emoticons in different places so it was quite confusing for them. Maybe copy of appendix 7 with the solutions should not be available to the students?

It seems that the video is cut when it mentions the other two countries that are bigger than the US. It might be better to skip or change the questions that refer to that.

To edit the document, please show students how to open PDFs as a google doc and then to save it on their computer rather than in the folder so as not to clog up the folder for other teachers.
