         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>1. When reading the diary every day (many people read the local press in the morning), check for crosswords, soups of letters, self-defined, hieroglyphics. Get into the habit of doing at least one every day (Although you can do more, much better).<br>2. Practice with the increasingly popular games to improve memory and train the brain. In the market you will find Sudokus; The famous BrainTraining, the Scrabble, ... Play at least 2 times a week. Playing is fun and you will soon discover that it is also dangerously addictive.<br>3. Read at least 15-20 minutes a day: They can be novels, essays, history books, ... Read what you like the most, since it will be easier for you to create the habit. If you also read personal development books to learn or improve skills, you will be killing two birds with one stone.</div>]]></description>
