Google classroom is a great way to communicate to both students and parents. Additionally, it allows teachers to share class content and assignments with students. It may also be used as an assessment tool as it works with Google Forms. Its ability to connect to other Google platforms makes it accessible to everyone. Students can access docs, slides, sheets and more. The students are also able to submit assignments through this platform which teaches them media literacy.

Soundtrap is a platform where students can experiment with podcasts, songs and more. They can edit audios and make them their own. This can be used for both individual and group assignments. Students could be asked to create their own podcasts. Some children may feel more comfortable speaking whilst others are more interested in creating a jingle or editing the audio. It creates a collaborative project where students can express themselves freely and creatively. This can then be assessed for understand of the pedagogical merit of the podcast as well as the effort that went into its creation.

Classroom Screen is a website that teachers can put on the Smart Board. There are many widgets that can be added such as timers, clocks, volume meters and more. This can set behavioral as well as academic expectations for the students. Some students may require knowing what will happen that day. This is a page that can be customized to specific needs, all in one page. It can be changed daily. Additionally, there can be polls for students to respond to at the beginning or end of a lesson. They may respond to how they feel or how they liked a lesson. This is anonymous and lets the teacher view how the students are feeling.

GoNoodle

GoNoodle is an website similar to "Just Dance" for students to dance to in the classroom. However, all of the songs and dances are age appropriate and educational. They can learn about lining up by birthdays or height, etc. This can be used during a brain break or a movement break for the students. It is fun while also teaching the students something productive. There are many different songs and themes to include in any themes throughout the year. This will avoid repetition and keep engagement amongst students.
