These characters actualized in my life and actions because I'm not good at these. I don't make eye contact much with others and I can't tell what are they thinking most of the time. And my voice always sounded unenthusiastic but I don't mean it.
Step 2: concept of "self", concept of past and future, and definition of obscenity.
These can create conflict in professional spaces because these characteristics are defined differently from person to person. And could lead to disagreement among people when it comes to these kind of things.
Step 3: a quote would be from Foley (2008) "the workshop suggested that i was normal cultural behavior for Native Americans to be reserved, unassertive, and silent" (pg. #222-223). This quote address the characteristics that I put in Step 1 about how I am is not loud and talkative like most people. Second quote would be from Foley (2008) "Do not take what is being said literally as a description of how all group members behave, or as a formula for how to behave with your students" (pg. #224). This quote address the characteristics about how each individuals think differently from one another and we shouldn't use the past to dictate the present.
