My main program goals

-To better integrate our mentors in the campus where they are having continous relationship

-Create supportive mentorship for first gen students and students of color

-To create consistent programming/outreach that resonates with students and gives them a sense of beloning

-To be able to reliably data track this impact

Students learn how to navigate campus resources (not just finding out where things are, but know our campus processes).
Students are able to make connections with mentors and peer mentors- I want this to be an opportunity where folks build community.
Peer Leaders are strongly involved with campus leadership opportunities.

Student outcomes for mentees would include...

-Increased campus awareness of resources for mentees interacting in the program

-Increased sense of belonging for students of color and first gen students (include engaging in workshops, joining clubs programs or events, or having students become regulars in our space)

-Increased sense of self-advocacy

x% of our students have filled out their FAFSA/WASFA or have created a funding plan with WorkForce
x% of our students have engaged in career exploration
x% of students have scheduled a meeting with their faculty advisor
There is an overall increased sense of belonging among our students of color, first generation students, and low-income students
There is an overall increase of campus navigation skills (again, both the awareness of where offices are and the policies in place that students can navigate)

Success for the program= we have a) 75% of the mentees stop by the peer mentoring center, and b) 80% students satisfaction rate with our services

Success for the student= each of our students graduate confident in their skills and abilities to thrive post-CPTC.
