My friends and I spent a lot of time traveling around the state this summer. 

Though I do not travel often, my favorite trip to date is when I visited Colorado for a week a few years back. I used to skateboard when I was younger, but recently picked up long boarding and could now spend all of my time doing so.

I have not always been into reading, but in my sophomore year of high school, my teacher gave me a book that she loved and asked me to read it. At first, I felt obligated and put out, but as I read, that quickly changed. I read a new book almost every month or couple of weeks. My favorite novel is Where the Crawdads Sing.
