Parent Information Sheets

We have created parent information sheets for patrons that register their child(ren) for swim lessons. They are located in a manila folder labeled "Parent Information Sheets-Swim Lessons" There is one for STROKE SCHOOL and one for SWIM SCHOOL. When the parent registers their child, please give them the correct information sheet to remind them of their swim time and date. It is your job to circle or highlight the class times and level that the person has registered for.

Why is this necessary?

When parents register, they fill out the flyer with all the information and then they give it to us, and we keep it. So he/she usually forget what class they signed up for. Yes, the information is on the receipt, but hopefully this information sheet will alleviate any confusion and serve as a reminder to our swim lesson patrons.
