         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I felt very upset that a human life was gone because of one guy. There was multiple times where they could have prevented CFC Dave from dying but the CPT involved rejected all.<br><br>2. I think firstly for those people who made the suggestions, they could have been more assertive and insist for CFC Dave to evacuated. For the CPT, he could have took the extra caution of evacuating CFC Dave even though he thinks that it is not heat stroke. Prevention is better than cure. He should also have heed the advice of the rest that were present.&nbsp;<br><br>3. One human life was lost.&nbsp;<br>- The CPT got charged in a civilian court.<br>- The family members of CFC Dave lost a son...<br>- People involved will have to live with this guilt for the rest of their lives.</div>]]></description>
