This is an area dedicated to residential activity, in which housing units are being built that have all basic household services. In addition, this condominium must have different permits for land use, in order to carry out the different constructions, just like You must have permission to discharge, occupation of cause and other permits that correspond to your activity.

In the audit, non-conformities in different aspects were possible, as it was:
 Regarding health and safety at work, people did not have all the protection elements required for the activity that was being carried out, just as people could be seen working on the work without having height courses or their protection elements such as slings, helmets, harnesses, lifeline among others.
 Other non-conformities are evidenced regarding the management and disposal of solid waste. Which could be seen by several parts of the place where the work is being developed, just as there is no proper storage of the waste since all are scrambled in one place so it can be deduced that at the time of their collection will be carried in the same way so the pollution will be greater because if they were separated could be recycled and sold a part and thus be the beginning of a new useful life and reduce pollution. In the same way you do not see the plan of final disposal of this waste so you do not know where you are going to go, we intuit that the pickup truck picks up the garbage or pay a particular pair to get rid of these what is a problem is very important not to know where it is going to, but only intuited.

 The guadual is not registered because although it is not available for commercial use it would be important to have it registered and thus be able to keep an adequate control of it, since it was possible to show badly made cuts, in order that the garden does not spread, bringing possible problems such as vectors caused by bad cuts in which water stagnates and the creation of these vectors will be allowed which will cause damages to the health of the inhabitants of the place and their neighbors.
