         <description><![CDATA[<p>Grouping should be fluid and purpose-driven. Not always fixed. I would try to get my students to understand why I want to change the grouping depending on activity. </p><p><br/></p><p>For blended learning, I think having multimedia that the students can revisit any time is helpful for differentiated instruction, as students will be able to work on things at their pace. </p>]]></description>
