-Data will be gathered over a period of time to determine need/eligibility.
-Individuals that could be included in an early identification evaluation/meeting include but are not limited to; the speech-language pathologist, audiologist, psychologist, neurologist, electrophysiologist, otolaryngologist, pediatrician, nurse, and social worker.
