         <description><![CDATA[<div>-The evaluation could take place in a formal setting or in a family's home. The home environment is ideal for younger children. This setting allows the child to be in their own environment and feel comfortable.&nbsp;<br>-Children will be observed through play and interaction with their caregivers. There are reports that those around them can fill out that will ask questions about the child's development overall.&nbsp;<br>-Data will be gathered over a period of time to determine need/eligibility.<br>-Individuals that could be included in an early identification evaluation/meeting include but are not limited to; the speech-language pathologist, audiologist, psychologist, neurologist, electrophysiologist, otolaryngologist, pediatrician, nurse, and social worker.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
