The trigger is to join those who support refugees.

I would introduce the word"refuggees" to my student. Show class this video and ask students about the reasons people leave their places; their feelings; problems they face and things children can do to support them.

The phrase at the beginning of the video "Every day thousands of people are forced to leave their homes because of the war" can be a trigger as it brings to mind the memories of escaping, taking in haste some things and leaving everything behind. I would probably the change word order emphasizing that refugees take their hopes and dreams wherever they go despite leaving their houses and material things. This way, attention would be shift to what they have with them. However, overall I think that's a great video to show in class. It will help IDP see that they are not alone, that the whole world stands with them.

Personally for me it was a sentence in russian language. It was a trigger for me. Peace in mind and peace in every home! Stop the war around the world. Ukraine is such a very peaceful country, nobody of us awaited for its beginning. We all will remember about these horrible days. The feeling of support in need was strong.

The phrase " people are forced to leave homes" and a word " refugee" are trigger to me. But I would point on all those warm words which were said about the support. Not only Ukrainians suffered from terrorism but other countries. We must all stand together and take care of our humanity. I would emphasize on a hope which is in our hearts.

Becoming a refugee is smth that could happen to any of us. People become refugees for many reason: war, oppression, natural disasters.... We Ukrainians understand this very well. We have to talk about it with our children. We must STAND TOGETHER

For me, a trigger was the sentence in russian language. Every day we read, we listen how these russians "help" Ukrainian people, how they behave with our captivated soldiers, children. I don't believe them.

For me, the word " refugee" is a trigger. Besides, it' s used too many times in the video, it should be changed into "people who left their homes for some time" or smth. like that. Of course, the sentence in russian must be deleted from the video. It made me angry.

Use formal vocabulary and grammar

Acknowledge different perspectives and sources

Use clear and concise sentences and paragraphs

Use appropriate tone and voice

The video is impressive. I think students should watch it in order to know that people all over the world support each other and try to help. For sure, the sentence in russian must be deleted.

In my opinion, a sentence voiced in russian serves as a trigger. Ukraine is a hospitable and peace-loving country, and probably too kind and tolerant.

I think the words show support, cheer you up, make you feel safer. It is different when you say Stand with us, like Stand with Ukraine. We feel more secure when people say We stand with Ukraine...

To my mind this video was meant to get the support of those people who can make difference and help the refugges feel themselves a little bit safer in the country where they asked shelter. Those of us who experienced the difficulties, misunderstanding and great loss will never be the same. BUT, those people who couldn't cope with the past have no future. So, we should constantly search for the bright side of life, even if it's really hard!

We must support refugees at this difficult time of war.I n this video we see the warm relationship between people, because we became kind friends during the war .This word "refugees"we can listen many times.We must change the cruel for kindness in our lives today.We must teach our pupils to be honest,kind,polite,not angry, aggressive.We mustn't act as at the war in our classroom, between our pupils,in our families,in our country.We teach to love all of us!
