I am from Boston,MA. I was orgianlly born in Ocho Rios,Jamaica. I moved from Jamaica to the United States when I was 3 years old. I love to make people laugh. I have 3 other siblings. I am an Aries. One Fun Fact about me is that I was born on Easter.

Goals

My ultimate goal is to become a performance coach, helping athletes and everyday people reach their full potential. I want to work with individuals to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall health. Through my studies, I am learning about anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and biomechanics, which are all critical tools for a successful career in performance coaching.

I also hope to use my knowledge to give back to my community by designing programs for youth and adults that encourage healthy lifestyles and physical activity.”

Memorable social event

Living through the COVID-19 pandemic was a memorable experience that changed how I approached school and family life. Classes moved online, and I had to adjust to learning and socializing virtually. It was challenging to stay motivated, but it taught me resilience and adaptability. My family and I found creative ways to spend time together, like cooking, exercising, and supporting each other. The experience made me value health, community, and empathy even more. It also strengthened my focus on my goals, including what career I wanted to have in my future.
